MCSD Athletics

Coach Rogers was born and raised in Mifflin County.  He graduated from Lewistown Area High School in 1996. He is married to Josie Xanthopoulos, and they have two sons, Vann and Jaxx. 

 

He is an active community member and community advocate.  Coach Rogers is currently a member of the Lewistown Kiwanis  Club and serves on the board of the M/J United Way. 

 

He has previously coached as an assistant for the Mifflin County Boys Lacrosse team for three years and has coached youth wrestling, basketball, baseball, soccer, and football throughout the years. 

 

With the help of Jim McCarter and Jeff Brytczuk, the goal for Lacrosse is to continue sharing this electrifying sport with our community through our High School program and youth outreach, growing the understanding and participation of lacrosse in our area in order to help strengthen our High School teams of the future.
