Coach Napikoski was born and raised in State College where she played volleyball for the high school and various club teams. After high school, she attended Kutztown University obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While at Kutztown, she had a successful career as an outside hitter. Her freshman year, the team went undefeated in the PSAC East. Her team went on to win the PSAC East title three out of her four seasons advancing the NCAA DII Tournament her senior year.

Coach Napikoski moved to Mifflin County after graduating from Kutztown and has been employed with Service Access and Management, Inc. since 2010. She lives in Lewistown with her husband and two children, Grayce and Calvin.
