Coach Slepicka grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota and played volleyball both for her high school and club team. She began her teaching career in 2018 in Colorado after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado. Currently, she teaches American Cultures at Mifflin County Junior High School. Coach Slepicka has coached club players and school teams in Colorado and South Dakota. She has been coaching in Mifflin County since 2021.
